Step-by-step instructions to get up and running.
Step 1
Create your account
Takes under a minute. No credit card needed.
- 1Go to hubhorizon.io and click "Get Started Free"
- 2Sign up with your email (or sign in if you already have an account)
- 3You'll land on your Dashboard — your home base for all connected portals
Step 2
Connect your HubSpot portal
HubHorizon connects via OAuth — we never see your HubSpot password.
- 1From your Dashboard, click "Connect HubSpot Portal"
- 2Authorize the requested permissions in HubSpot (read access to property schemas and a record sample)
- 3Once connected, your portal appears on the Dashboard
- 4If you only have one portal, you'll be taken straight to it
Step 3
Run your first analysis
First analysis takes 1-3 minutes. Subsequent runs are faster thanks to phase caching.
- 1Click on your portal from the Dashboard (auto-redirect if it's your only one)
- 2The analysis runs automatically on first visit — watch the progress indicator
- 3You'll land on the Overview tab with your health gauge, key metrics, and quick wins
- 4Results are cached for 5 minutes — switching tabs won't trigger a reload
Step 4
Understand your results
Start with the big picture, then drill down.
- 1Overview tab: overall Health Score, critical issue count, and top quick wins
- 2Diagnostics tab: 7 sections covering Core Health, Data Quality, Properties, AI Readiness, GTM, Workflows, and Sensitive Data
- 3Issues tab: diagnostic findings across 6 categories — some have one-click fixes
- 4Click any score card to expand or open in a side drawer for details
Step 5
Take action
Turn findings into actual improvements.
- 1Recommendations tab opens to Focus view — your top priorities in one place
- 2Some issues offer quick-fix buttons (validation rules, association labels) right in the Issues tab
- 3Use Property Library to review, approve, and push recommended properties to HubSpot
- 4Assign recommendations to team members and track progress in the Activity tab
