HubHorizon is a CRM health analysis tool for HubSpot. It connects to your portal via OAuth, analyzes your properties, data quality, and process alignment, and gives you composite health scores, AI readiness assessments, and prioritized recommendations. Think of it as an independent audit of your HubSpot setup.

Is my HubSpot data safe?

Yes. We use OAuth 2.0 for authentication — we never see or store your HubSpot password. We read your property configurations for analysis. Write access is only used for optional property management features (like pushing templates), and every write operation is auditable with rollback support. You can revoke access anytime from your HubSpot settings.

What data do you access?

We access property definitions, object schemas, and metadata about your CRM structure. We do not access individual contact records, emails, or sensitive customer data. Our analysis focuses on your CRM configuration, not your customer information.

Are you GDPR compliant?

Yes. All data is hosted on Hetzner Cloud in Finland (EU). AI processing runs through Mistral AI in Paris, France. We have zero US subprocessors. We provide full data export and deletion capabilities, and a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) is available on request. You can delete your account and all associated data at any time.

What do I get for free?

You get a free preview of your health scores after connecting your portal. This shows you your overall health score and key metrics. To unlock the full analysis with detailed recommendations, export capabilities, and monthly refreshes, you upgrade to an annual plan starting at €199/year.

Is this a subscription?

Yes. Individual portal plans are billed annually (€199/year for Premium, €399/year for Pro) and include unlimited monthly refreshes. You can cancel anytime — your access continues until the end of your billing period. HubSpot Partners have annual subscription options for multiple portals.

Which HubSpot plans do you support?

HubHorizon works with all HubSpot plans — Free, Starter, Professional, and Enterprise. Some advanced scores (like methodology tracking) may show limited data on Free plans due to available features, but core health analysis works on any plan.

How long does the analysis take?

Initial analysis typically completes in 1-3 minutes, depending on the size of your portal. Larger portals with hundreds of custom properties may take slightly longer. You will see a progress indicator while we analyze.

Will this affect my HubSpot performance?

No. We use HubSpot's official APIs with rate limiting built in. Analysis uses read-only access and has no impact on your portal performance or your users' experience.

Can I disconnect HubHorizon?

Yes, anytime. Go to your HubSpot settings → Integrations → Connected Apps and revoke access. You can also delete your HubHorizon account entirely, which removes all stored data.

Terms of Service — HubHorizon CRM Health Analysis

1. Service description

HubHorizon.io ("Service"), operated by a Finnish sole proprietorship, analyzes HubSpot portal property configurations to provide health scores, recommendations, and optimization tools. The Service accesses property metadata and a sample of property values (up to 1,000 records per object type) to compute data quality statistics. Individual record data is processed transiently and not stored — only aggregate results are retained.

2. Account requirements

You must have admin or appropriate access to your HubSpot portal to connect it. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must have the authority to grant OAuth access to your HubSpot portal on behalf of your organization.

3. Acceptable use

By using the Service, you agree to comply with HubSpot's Acceptable Use Policy and App Partner Program Agreement. You must not:

Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
Use the Service for unauthorized data scraping or purposes not described in our documentation
Circumvent HubSpot API rate limits or access restrictions
Share, transfer, or expose OAuth credentials or access tokens
Use data accessed through the Service to spam, harass, or otherwise contact HubSpot records
Use the Service in ways that violate HubSpot's own Terms of Service
Access the Service without appropriate HubSpot portal admin permissions
Resell or sublicense access to the Service without written agreement

We only request and use OAuth scopes necessary for the Service's functionality. Data accessed through HubSpot may only be used for the portal health analysis purposes described in our documentation.

4. Payment terms

Full analysis reports are available for a one-time fee. Payment is processed securely via Mollie B.V. (PCI DSS compliant). Purchases include 12 months of automatic monthly refreshes. All prices are in EUR and include applicable VAT.

5. Refund policy and EU consumer rights

If you're not satisfied with your analysis, contact us within 14 days of purchase for a full refund.

Under the EU Distance Selling Directive (Directive 2011/83/EU), EU consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of purchase. Since our service delivers digital content, you acknowledge that by initiating an analysis you request immediate performance of the service, and you agree that you lose your right of withdrawal once the analysis has been fully delivered. This does not affect our voluntary 14-day satisfaction refund policy above.

6. Data handling

We access your HubSpot portal via OAuth with minimal required permissions. We read property definitions, metadata, and a sample of property values for statistical analysis. Individual record data is processed transiently and not stored. See our Privacy Policy for full details on data collection, retention, and your rights.

7. Data processing agreement

For GDPR compliance, we provide a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) that governs how we process your data as a processor on your behalf. The DPA covers sub-processors, security measures, breach notification (72 hours), and data deletion. View our DPA or contact privacy@hubhorizon.io for a signed copy.

8. Service availability

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee any specific uptime or service level agreement (SLA). We may perform planned maintenance that temporarily affects availability. We will make reasonable efforts to provide advance notice of planned maintenance through the application or email. The Service depends on HubSpot's API availability, which is outside our control.

9. Limitation of liability

Our analysis, scores, and recommendations are advisory only. We are not liable for any changes you make to your HubSpot portal based on our analysis. Always test changes in a sandbox environment first. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claims arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless HubHorizon.io from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

11. Intellectual property

The Service, including algorithms, scoring methodologies, and user interface, is our intellectual property. Your HubSpot data remains your property at all times.

12. Termination

You may disconnect your portal and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in abusive behavior. Upon termination, we will delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and DPA.

13. Modifications to terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. For material changes, we will provide at least 30 days' notice via email or a prominent notice on the Service. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you may terminate your account before the effective date.

14. Force majeure

Neither party shall be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to causes beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of government, internet or infrastructure outages, HubSpot API unavailability, pandemics, or acts of terrorism.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

16. Entire agreement

These Terms of Service, together with our Privacy Policy and Data Processing Agreement, constitute the entire agreement between you and HubHorizon.io regarding the Service and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.

17. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Finland. Any disputes will be resolved in Finnish courts, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection provisions of your country of residence.
